History 

In 2006, Chuck Covell formed Covell Communities to create and build unique homes and communities. Using his and an accomplished management teams extensive experience in land development, design, construction, and finance, an atmosphere was developed to accomplish his goals.  The determination to our mission statement and core values has already rewarded Covell Communities through recognition and awards from industry peers as well as the relationships that have been developed throughout the marketplace.
