Our talented Design Consultant will meet with you to tour the Covell Communities Design Studio and give an overview of included features and the many options we offer. First Selection Appointment

Your next meeting with your Design Consultant will be to review and select lighting & electrical, exterior colors, door options, plumbing fixtures, and flooring options. This is a great first step in creating your lifestyle for your new home.

Second Selection Appointment

Your next scheduled meeting with your Design Consultant will be to finish detailed kitchen and bath plans, cabinet selections, counter tops and tile selections.
