Beginning in 2006 Covell Communities was established to provide quality personalized development and home building services to the Mid-Atlantic region. Started with an accomplished management team with unique individual expertise in design, construction, sales and marketing, Covell Communities has become a leader in several unique market segments. Creating divisions within Covell Communities that focus on luxury custom creations, affordable residential and multi-family housing, as well as becoming nationally recognized in age restricted/targeted developments, has positioned the company to meet housing necessities today as well as set a strong foundation to provide the needs of the future.

Dedicated to the corporate ideals of vision, dedication, integrity, and excellence, Covell Communities has received recognition and awards from prestigious organizations such as the Maryland National Capital Builders Association, the Northern Virginia Building Industry Association, and the National Association of Home Builders, the 50+ Housing Counsel, and national publications such as Professional Builder.

As part of the company’s commitment to serve the community, Covell Communities employees have taken active roles in community endeavors such as serving on the Board of Directors of the Montgomery County Coalition for the Homeless, providing leadership for the Boy Scouts of America, as well as coaching for a variety of local youth sports organizations.
